Something that many of us will face in our life is anxiety. There are different types of anxiety and understanding which type of anxiety you're suffering from is imperative to your treatment and recovery. I'll be doing a deep dive into anxiety from personal experience. 


Physical Health is something that we should all be working on alongside mental health. I will be taking a dive into fitness and sharing how it has helped me overcome the worst of my anxiety.
