Finding the motivation to get fit can be challenging, especially during the summer when it's hot and muggy. Hopefully after reading this blog post full of captivating and inspiring quotes you'll be buzzing to get your workout started.



Fitness is fantastic for your overall health but one thing people often struggle with is staying motivated. It can be difficult to dedicate yourself to a consistent routine when you're body is aching, you're tired and unmotivated.


Let's be honest would you rather be sitting on the sofa with some snacks scrolling through Tiktok or doing an intense workout session at the gym?


Unless you have a passion for fitness your answer will most likely be the first option. I love being able to just relax and unwind BUT I know deep down the benefits of a workout session would be far greater than sitting around.
